Sorry folks, have had computer problems among other things . . .
Anyway, I just saw a post on Mantis Eye that has the date for the start of the second part of season 4 to start in August. That's real disapointing to those of use that where thinking spring.
Oh well, good things come to those that wait.

Blood of the Father, Heart of Steel
That's right. On October 18th, 2009 season four of the Venture Brothers will finally start.
From the Mantis-Eye Website:
Just in case you weren't aware, the first episode of Venture Bros. season four, Blood of the Father, Heart of Steel, airs this upcoming Sunday night at midnight (which is technically Monday, but you know how this works). So tune it to your local Adult Swim channel and watch!

Venture Brothers, My First Time
I often regret not beginning watching the Venture Brothers from that start.
One day I was just looking through On-Demand on my cable. I thought I'd look to see if there was a Robot Chicken I had not seen before. Love Robot Chicken! I was a show called Venture Brothers, so I decided to give it a try. Before the first break, I knew I had found a great cartoon. Sad part is, I don't even know which show it was. I do know it was somewhere in the middle of the first season, since there was not second season hadn't begun yet. It might have been Mid-Life Chrysalis, but I'm not sure.
I do remember it was in the morning and as soon as my wife woke, I made her watch it. She is now a fan as well.
I never saw the very first episode until I bought the season one DVD. By then I has been most of the other shows, but out of order. I wish I would have seen them from the start in order to get the full impact.
Sorry about my rambling. I guess I'm just getting ready for season 4!

A Season Four Update
On Publick Nuisance, Jachson has given up a list of a few guess voice actors on the show.
One fun note: Christmas came to The Venture Bros. early this year as we pulled off something of a casting coup: Patton Oswalt, Seth Green, John Hodgman and Brendon Small were all kind enough to lend their talents to the most recent episode we recorded. That pretty much kicks ass right there, and they were all super-sweet and funny to work with. Thanks, boys. My only regret is that I had to record three of them over the phone.
Being such a huge Robot Chicken fan, I was happy to me Seth Green pn the list. Hope he has a good part!
